Complete shelving system with end panels, metal frame, shelves, top shelf, brackets and fittings. Shelves are steel shelves with acrylic backedge, top shelf is steel without backedge. Number of shelves are calculated for optimal shelf spacing for fiction. Slimline comes with a 4 mm flat front edge of solid wood. The distance between the front edge of the end panel and the front edge of the shelf is 26 mm. Slimline configurations are delivered as standard in light steamed beech veneer, no. 55 or birch veneer, no. 69. PAINTED WOODEN COMPONENTS are made of MDF (medium density fibre board) which is painted with acid lacquer. Standard components have gloss 20 - 30. See design options for colour specifications. Steel components are powder coated mainly with thermo hardened polyester powder. Depending on colour choice some powders include epoxy. Thickness of the coating is 60-80 my. See design options for colour specifications and type of powder. MAXIMUM LOAD: Steel top shelf without backedge - max. load of 25 kg. SAteel shelf with backedge - max. load of 80 kg. Wood top shelf without backedge - particleboard - max. load of 25 kg. Wood shelf with backedge - blockboard - max. load of 80 kg.
