Carlos Tíscar

Carlos Tíscar. In 1982 he graduates at School of Applied Arts in Valence, specializing in Industrial design. In 1984, he moves to Italy to carry on with his studies at Scuola Politecnica di Design, in Milán. His career as a professional of design starts in 1987, in Valence, as a member of the Industrail Design Factory Group and afterwards, in 1991, as a partner of the Design Consultancy Gesto Design Management. From 1993 he manages his own studio. He has worked in a variety of fields, from the design of stationary objets to displays. Nowadays he carries out jobs for Home, Contract and Office furniture, as well as the styling for some customers. He has given lectures about industrial design at different schools and institutions in Valence.
